In partnership, the Amtest Group and Apri s.r.o chose an inline selective coating solution to enable surpassing of both quality and volume requirements. The line consists of an Asymtek SL-940 with film coater applicator, enabling accurate coating speeds of 750 mm / second along with a IR Convection – Curing oven and board handling that was specifically designed by Amtest Group for conformal coatings, produced by E-Flex.

Petr Sumbera, general manager Apri, commented “After thoroughly researching the market, we decided to purchase the Nordson ASYMTEK conformal coating system. "The key decision points were the price/performance ratio, very good local Amtest Group service support, and the good reputation of Asymtek equipment has in our region. Selective conformal coating is now a separate process in our production with a fully automated line to ensure that our products are of the highest quality."

APRI s.r.o. is a private company located in Roznov pod Radhostem, Czech Republic that designs, develops and produces automotive electronic accessories that require precision assembly for use in applications such as automatic parking assistants, tire pressure monitoring systems, and LED lamps.
